What happens if I want to leave Communion?
What happens if I want to leave Communion?

You can leave Communion whenever you like but please let us know what we could have done better for you

Updated over a week ago

You have the freedom to leave Communion whenever you like. If you haven't connected your bank account yet, let us know and we'll help you close your account.

If you've already made some financial commitments or deposits into your Communion savings account and you'd like to slow down, you can reduce your regular commitments to £1.

If you'd like to keep your account but pause your commitments, let us know and we'll help you disconnect your bank account.

Finally, if you've decided to close your account, we can help with that. Simply message us using live chat in the app or email us at [email protected]. First, we'll ask you to withdraw any money you might have in your Communion savings account. Then we'll be able to process your account deletion.

If something happened that made you want to leave Communion or the experience didn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We'd love to understand what would have made it better for you.
