My phone has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

If you can't use the phone number you used to sign up, please let us know as soon as you can so we can help

If you're reading this, we're so sorry that you've lost access to your phone. If you've enabled Face ID on your Communion app, your account should be safe from unauthorised access.

But don't worry, there are a few other steps we can take to keep your account secure:

  • Recommended: Download the Communion app on a new phone. When you try signing in, you will find a link to contact us if you lost access to your phone number.

  • Email [email protected] and let us know what happened. We will ask you to prove it's really you by confirming some details from your account that no one else should know.

  • If you lost your phone but still have your old phone number, you will be able to reset your PIN when signing in or from your Profile.
