Contact us using live chat from your Communion app and we'll help you change your bank details

If you need to change your bank details simply contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you. The best way to get in touch is by emailing us at [email protected].

Changing your bank details will work exactly the same as when you connected your bank account when you signed up. You will need to use your mobile banking app to confirm you'd like to link your account to Communion and we may need to ask you some security questions to verify your identity.

We're working on a feature which will allow you to do this straight from the app, and it will be available soon, but in the meantime we'll be more than happy to this for you manually.
